Show Review: The Urban Aesthetics, Dinosaur Bones and The Balconies

Good Friday was a interesting night for me.
I attend like three different shows.
This was one of them.
Nice fun intimate show.
I’ve so far seen the Urban Aesthetics alot this year.
Its becoming a habit for me.
Great music live and they are always nice people to get to know.

Go get their EP and hopefully can’t wait for their full length album.

The second act was Dinosaur Bones.
I was very excited to see them.
First time performing in Ottawa.
Their music was very fun and exciting.
Indie rock-alternative style.
Buzz so far them is that they got signed to Paper Bag Records.
I love their song NYE from their EP.
Can’t wait to see them again.

Finally was the Balconies.
Fun as always and it was the first time that I didn’t get to photograph them.
Because I was videotaping their set for a friend who wants to do a promo/documentary of the band.
Can’t wait to see how the finished product will look like.
I was mostly near the stage looking down at the camera, getting the right footage for it.
So you will get photos I took of them doing sound check.
Not the greatest but at least you can see how great they are.

Overall an amazing show.
So go see all three bands.
